Information the app collects
Account information
When you create an account we collect your email address, a user ID and the profile details you choose to provide, such as your name. We use them to sign you in and to keep your information with your account.
Content you add
The information you add to the app is stored on our servers so that it is saved, can be shown to you on your devices, and can be shared with the people you choose to share it with in the app.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple, Google or our payment processor. We receive a record of what you bought so we can provide it, but never your full card number.
How we use information
- To provide the app and its features, including signing you in.
- To store your content and show it to you on your devices.
- To respond when you contact us.
- To keep the app secure and to comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Service providers
We share information only with service providers that help us run the app, and only as needed for them to do so:
- Abacus.AI, which hosts the app's servers and stores data on our behalf.
- Apple, Google or our payment processor, which handle purchases.
We require these providers to protect your information and to use it only to provide their services. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Your choices
- Uninstalling: deleting the app removes the information it keeps on your device.
- Access and deletion: you can ask for a copy of your information or for your account and its data to be deleted by emailing [email protected] from the email address linked to your account.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as to correct your information, to object to or restrict some uses, and to complain to your data protection authority. Contact us to use any of them.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep your information while your account is active or as long as it is needed to provide the app. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your information within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Security and where information is processed
We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Information may be processed in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where the law of the European Economic Area or the UK applies, we process information to provide the app you asked for, for our legitimate interest in keeping it working and secure.
Children
Bible Kingdom Quest is designed for children. We do not knowingly collect more information from children than the app needs to work. A parent or guardian can ask us to review or delete their child's information at [email protected].
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app changes. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
